We aim to view all MEDICAL requests within the same day by 6.30pm and all ADMIN requests within 72 hours. When submitting a medical request it is important to submit one issue per form. If you submit multiple issues on one form or submit many forms in one day, you will be asked which one is most pressing to be dealt with.
