If you do not hear any sort of communications regarding the request by the end of the 2nd working day, please call the reception for an update. Please be aware, when booking a telephone appointments, the time mentioned may not be the time the GP contacts yourselves. They could either call you before the time allotted or after. This is due to previous appointments being overrun or in cases of emergencies. We endeavour to make sure you get contacted either in the AM (between 9:00am till 1:00pm) or PM (between 1:00pm till 5:00pm) of your booked slot.
