Online triage will be available Monday to Friday 7am to 6.30pm. The surgeries opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.30pm. Please help the clinician reviewing your request by: Adding as much information as possible on the form and letting us know if you need an interpreter for the consultation. If all our appointments are full, you may be asked to attend the Walk In Centre.
