This online service is for non-urgent requests only. All requests submitted during our core hours (08:00–18:30, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) will be reviewed and responded to on the same day. Requests submitted after 18:30 or outside our core hours will be reviewed on the next working day. Do not submit urgent requests online. If your request is urgent, please call or visit the practice. To help us manage requests safely and efficiently, we encourage patients to submit requests before 6 PM wherever possible.
