Welcome to Buckland Surgery's online service. All requests for GP appointments/advice should be via this service. You can complete a request for yourself or for someone else but please note we may not be able to discuss another person's healthcare directly with you. We will usually aim to respond to your message on the same working day. In exceptional circumstances it may be the following working day. The service is open between 8am and 18:30pm. If you have an urgent request between 5:30pm and 6pm please call the surgery on 01626 332813. If you have difficulty using the service you can call us on our usual number and a member of our Reception team will run through the form with you.
