Due to the time of day, we are unable to review online requests for GP appointments or advice. If your medical condition needs assessing the same day please call us Monday - Friday between 8am and 6.30pm on 01837 52233. Otherwise please use our online "I have a health problem" form between 8am and 12noon Monday - Friday. Please do not submit requests for GP appointments or advice via the "I have an admin or routine care request" form, which is available all day, as they will not be viewed by a clinician and you will be asked to resubmit your request using the correct form.
