This online consultation is to enable a practitioner to respond to your enquiry through electronic contact. Please provide as much detail as possible. Welcome to Kingsteignton Medical Practice online service. All requests for GP appointments/advice should be via this service. You can complete a request for yourself or for someone else but please note we may not be able to discuss another person's healthcare directly with you. Please only include one problem in each submission. This is because different problems may have a different level of urgency and advice/action recommended by the GP may be different. Any appointment made following a submission will by default only be to discuss the problem/submission that the appointment originated from. Our clinicians may sometimes discuss a further problem with you but only if there is sufficient time to do this safely/thoroughly. You may be asked to make another appointment. We will usually aim to respond to your message on the same working day. In exceptional circumstances it may be the following working day. The service is open between 8am and 6:30pm. If you have difficulty using the service you can call the surgery and a member of our Patient Services team will assist you.
