This service is available from 08.00 until 18.30 Monday to Friday. Online requests will be read within 24 hours during core opening hours. Once you have submitted your request, please DO NOT duplicate the request by calling the surgery also. Requests will be responded to via text message so please monitor your phone for further updates regarding your request.
