We have reached daily capacity and are unable to review online requests as usual. If you require a GP appointment, please complete the 'health problem' form from 7am on the next working day as requests for urgent GP appointments/GP advice cannot be accepted via the 'admin' form. If you feel your request is urgent once we have reached capacity then please contact reception.

If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
