Online triage requests will be reviewed by a clinician who will decide the most appropriate next step. Once assessed we will contact you to explain how your request will be managed. It may be necessary to temporarily suspend further appointments due to reaching maximum capacity. If this happens, following review of your triage request you may receive a message informing you that we have reached our limit for the day and to please resubmit your request at 08.00 the next day or to contact NHS 111 online or in an emergency call 999.
