Please be aware of the following conditions of triage: 1. We will only address one medical issue per appointment. 2. If you are not a registered patient at Wolverton Health Centre your query will not be responded to. 3. Submitting a medical request for a GP appointment in the admin queries will not result in an appointment. We aim to review all medical requests submitted on the day. Triaged medical requests will be assigned to a suitable clinician for an appointment based on need or signposted to other services where appropriate. Please keep your phone available in case a member of our team calls to book you in for an appointment.
