We will let you know what happens next - this may include triage, booking an appointment, signposting to another service or providing advice. • All online consultations are reviewed by a clinician, and patients will receive a response within 24 working hours. • You can contact us online during our core hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:30pm) for: - Routine care requests, - Repeat prescription requests and medication queries, - Administrative requests.
