Please note this service is only monitored Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 18.30pm. Medical and Admin requests will be reviewed on the same day. Due to the high volume of routine prescription requests received, we will NOT call or message you when it is done. Prescriptions will be processed within three (3) full working days. We would appreciate if you do not call the practice to follow this up.
