We Triage Medical requests on the day of receipt and administrative request within 3 days (Please note we can take up to 4 weeks to action requests for GP Letters or forms to be filled out so do ask in good time). Our hours of operation for Triage are 7.30am to 5.30pm (4.30pm Fridays). For medical requests be sure to give the Doctor as much information as possible so they can provide the help you need as quickly as possible. If you need more urgent help, call your GP.
