If you are unable to submit an online request, please contact us by telephone on (01689 820036) and a member of staff will do it on your behalf, or you are welcome to visit the practice during our opening hours. You can also visit your local pharmacy. If you have submitted an online request, please be assured this is being reviewed by the practice and you will be contacted within 48hrs.
