Our Accurx Triage service is open 0800 to 1830 Monday to Friday (clinical requests up to 1700, admin to 1830). Out of hours, weekends/public holidays, those with urgent care needs should use the NHS 111 service or Pharmacy First. For emergencies, please use one of the Urgent Care Centres (Harold Wood & Orsett Hospital). Please send Clinical & Admin requests separately and note, urgent requests after 1700 may be responded to the next day due to that days demand/where all appointments have been utilised. Suspected Urine Infection (UTIs) should be requested as early in the day in the event a sample needs to be sent off, it can be brought to the surgery by 1330 before the lab collections are taken.  If you need a Home Visit and/or are housebound, please make this clear in your message or call the surgery before 1030 so that a home visit can be allocated to the contracted BB healthcare staff visiting service, who start their visits from mid day.
