All routine appointment triage requests and admin requests received after 12 noon will be reviewed between 1 to 2 working days. Any urgent requests or concerns after 12 noon should be communicated to the surgery by telephone so that any necessary immediate assistance can be provided.
If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
