This service is available Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:30pm, and accepts the same requests as phone and walk-in contacts. Online requests will normally be reviewed within 1 working day. This service is not available on the first Tuesday of each month when our staff are in training. It is not for urgent queries.
If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
