For other requests, please allow the following timescales: REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS: 48–72 hours. Please request your medication in good time to avoid running out. FIT/SICK NOTE: You can self-certify for the first 7 calendar days of illness. If you need a fit/sick note after this, please submit your request from the date the fit note is required. LETTERS/REPORTS: GP letters, Insurance reports, DVLA taxi medical and routine administrative requests: Up to 1 month from the date of request / appropriate payment (where applicable).
