If you submit an 'I HAVE A HEALTH PROBLEM' form, this will be read by the Triage GP and you should receive a same day response. This could include self care advice or redirection to a more appropriate service. Please be aware that you may be asked to attend at short notice. Due to high demand our Triage Team are very busy and at times we may need to close the triage service earlier than advised. if you submit 'I HAVE AN ADMIN OR ROUTINE CARE REQUEST' form, you should receive a response within 1 working day. This form is for a specific range of routine requests. Please be aware this is not continuously monitored by a clinician and you should not submit urgent requests or health problems on this form. if you are unavailable on particular days, please state this on your form when asked for preferred contact times.
