Our online patient triage service is available for medical requests between 8am - 12 noon. Medical requests are sent directly to a clinician and are actioned within 48 hours with a written, telephone or face-to-face Consultation within the next 2 weeks. Admin queries are processed and acknowledged within 5 working days. DO NOT SUBMIT MEDICAL REQUESTS OR REQUESTS FOR APPOINTMENTS VIA AN ADMIN QUERY. THESE WILL BE REJECTED
