Online requests will be responded to within 1-2 working days. Requests requiring same-day response must be submitted before 12pm. After 12pm these must be made by phoning reception on 0114 222 2100. You can also phone reception if you need a same-day response and haven't heard back by 2pm, or if your symptoms have got worse. Requests submitted after 6pm will not be seen until the next working day.
