Online requests will be responded to within 1-2 working days. Requests requiring same-day response must be submitted BEFORE MIDDAY (12pm). AFTER MIDDAY (12pm) these must be made by phoning reception on 0114 222 2100. If you are waiting for a reply and worrying about worsening symptoms you can call reception. You should only submit appointment requests online if you are in the country.
