Online requests are currently restricted due to the time of day. Medical requests are open 8am-4pm for new or ongoing symptoms. Admin and routine care requests are open 8am-6.30pm. Please call our practice on 0114 222 2100 between 8am-6.30pm if you have a medical query and require a response before the end of the day, or if you have worsening symptoms. If you have already submitted a request, this will be responded to within 1-2 working days. You should only submit requests if you are in the country.
