Online enquiries will be available again on Sunday, 28 December at 11:30 PM. Routine care appointments and administrative requests can still be submitted online. Patients needing medical attention are directed to the walk-in centre (160 Broad Lane, Sheffield, S1 4BU) open until 10pm today. Please complete an online form between Mon – Fri, 8am – 6.30pm, if issues persist. If your request can't wait until then, please call the practice on 01142720689.
