We endeavour to review medical requests the same working day they are received, appointments are allocated by clinical need and are finite, so calls later in the day may be directed to alternate urgent care centres if the medical need looks urgent and we have used all our available capacity. For admin requests, please allow up to one working day to review these. Forms received out of hours (i.e. overnight) or on a weekend will be seen the next working day.
