Due to our appointment availability, if patients have an urgent matter they need same day advice or appointment for, they should contact us as early as possible that day to have the best chance of getting an appointment. Admin forms have a section for routine medical enquiries also. For admin requests, allow up to 1 working days to manage these. Admin requests will NOT be reviewed over a weekend (when the practice is closed).
