Your request will be read by a member of staff within 3 working days. If your form is submitted after 3.00pm, the three day time frame will start at 8.00am the following morning. The practice is not open at weekends therefore, if your form is submitted after 3.00pm on a Friday, the three day timeframe will start at 8.00am the following Monday (this rule excludes bank holidays).
