All medical forms will be reviewed by a GP. Urgent requests will be reviewed the same day. If it is deemed non-urgent we will respond to your request within 2 working days. If you require an interpreter - please specify this on your form. Please tell us all of the things you want to discuss with a doctor, this is so we can allocate an appointment for the right amount of time.
