Messages can be submitted between 0600-2200 any day and will be reviewed daily Monday - Friday between 0800-1700. Medical requests will be prioritised based on symptoms and concerns with appointments offered accordingly. Admin requests we aim to respond to within 2 days but can take up to 5 during busier periods.
