Administrative enquiries – A member of staff will respond within 72 working hours. Non-urgent clinical enquiries – These will be reviewed by one of our triaging clinicians within 72 working hours, and you will be contacted via NHS approved messaging with the outcome and you me directed to other local NHS/PCN approved services.
