Online requests submitted before 6:30 PM will be acknowledged on the same day (within opening hours). We accept Total Triage messages between 08:00 and 18:30, Monday to Friday. Same-day appointment slots fill up quickly. Submitting your Total Triage Request before 15:00 will increase the chance that you will be able to be seen the same day if clinically necessary. We cannot create more same day availability once our same-day slots are full. We want to ensure everyone receives the care they need. Thank you for your understanding.
