All Online requests will be triaged by one of our team and although we aim to respond to you by the end of the next working day please be aware that the GP will usually triage same day and you may be contacted to be offered an appointment that day. Please have your phone handy to receive and answer our call. If you have a new acute issue, please submit your request by 10am. This service will be suspended if we exceed our safe working limits.
