Once you submit your request, it will be reviewed by a member of our triage team and dealt with based on your needs and how urgent it is. We aim to respond to clinical requests within 2 working days and administrative requests within 5 working days. If you need a home visit, please make sure your request is submitted before 10:30 am. For non-urgent appointments, medication queries, or administrative requests, please use the Routine Care Request Form, available Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–6:30 pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
