Guiseley and Yeadon Medical Practice "Online Receptionist" IS NOW CLOSED to new online messages. It is open weekdays 8am - 4pm when it is manned by a GP for URGENT QUERIES and 8am - 6.30pm for ROUTINE QUERIES. Routine queries will be dealt with the next working day. Patients can still phone the surgery until 6pm with any urgent queries.
