Clinical problems will be reviewed by clinicians same day or next day. Please enquire early in the day if possible. Please enable notifications in NHS app. We aim to respond within 2 working days. If you do not hear from us in two days, you are welcome to contact us by phone or by visiting the practice. Please DO NOT re-submit your request within 5 working days. Please use the NHS app to view your results and request repeat prescriptions, as this is simplest and quickest method for you and for us. We can help you with this if you are not sure how to get started. Please be aware Nurse appointments are bookable directly through reception, for a range of long term conditions. If you have an administrative query such as a fit note etc. please make this clear on your enquiry, or contact us directly. Please note this will take up to 5-10 working days. Thank you.
